Rooted in collaboration
Established by the SEL ED&I Committee, the Collective connects colleagues from the NHS, local authorities, primary care, and the VCSE sector.
We deliver a packed co-created calendar of talks, events and workshops — building momentum and shared ownership across the region.

At our core, we believe everyone should feel seen, heard, and empowered in their workplace.
